The various departments of the company’s staff should:
- Installation crews are expected to provide customers with the required information and explanations. Thus, it is necessary that they are properly trained.
- The installation staff should be friendly and accessible and treat the customer’s property with the utmost care.
- The company’s people are the link that connects the business with the customers. Hence, their appearance should be decent.
- Lastly, they should deliver the installation site in its original condition.
